Jennifer has chosen the beautiful and friendly Comox Valley to call home after relocating here 9 years ago from Ontario. Jennifer’ s career in real estate started as a Law Clerk where she handled real estate transactions from the legal perspective. Originally Licensed in Ontario and with contacts there in the industry she continues to keep her finger on the pulse. She has associates that she can refer you to if needed. Once she moved, she got herself certified and Licensed in British Columbia to be a Professional Realtor. When it comes to investment properties and becoming a landlord, Jenn owns and manages several personal rental/investment properties and is a great resource for her client’s looking into real estate investment. The what, where and how to's are a long list, and the relationship doesn't end at closing. As a military family, Jennifer understands the sacrifices CAF members make and can help simplify the moving process. She is a member of BGRS Relocation Services and can smoothly help coordinate your Military (or RCMP) relocation. Having made the "BIG" move, Jen can help you through the process and assist you in avoiding the bumps along the way. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University and offers the housing industry’s most current and comprehensive real estate education available. Jennifer is in touch with the variety of housing choices available to buyers in her community. When not meeting with clients and selling real estate, Jenn can be found indulging in one or more of her personal passions. Jennifer loves riding her motorcycle around the Comox Valley and other parts of BC and while she used to be a big camper with so many places to explore in the Pacific Northwest her and her family's latest passion is on water camping. From spring to fall she could be found at the marina or exploring the waters in her boat with her husband. Jennifer is also an engaged parent and loves watching her daughters Alex and Ella play soccer. And to stay active she loves being out walking the trails with her dog, Charlie.
