Licensed since 1985, I spent my first decade and a half working in the Lower Mainland Real Estate Market, relocating to the Comox Valley in 1998 to enjoy the phenomenal lifestyle offered here. With my wife and young family of 3 kids, we definitely-as parents-realized what an oceanside paradise this is, for the many-faceted opportunities in recreation, the Arts, and quality of life. Picnic dinners in the summers at the beach at Goose Spit; skiing at Mt. Washington; Rainbow Youth Theatre to engage the kids in stage musicals; CYMC (Courtenay Youth Music Centre) in jazz, classical and drama genres; and many sports programs/leagues. Conde Nast magazine has acknowledged Vancouver Island as one of the best tourist destination islands in North America, more than once, and with good reason. We continue to attract new residents from not only nearby Vancouver/Lower Mainland areas, but from all across Canada. I have been selling mostly residential real estate, with expertise in the Commercial field as well.
