My continued dedication to the real estate trade and my ability to overcome challenges exemplify the solid foundation upon which my business is built. I take pride in having grown up in the Comox Valley, considering it my cherished home. Over 43 years, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge about this beautiful place and the diverse communities within it. My upbringing in a military family brought me to the Valley in 1980, with my father's posting to Comox, fostering a deep sense of compassion that I bring to my work, especially when assisting relocating military families. Following a rewarding career as an Officer in the Canadian Coast Guard and the closure of the Comox Coast Guard MCTS station in 2016, my love for the valley led me to transition to a new career in Real Estate. Completing my Real Estate Trading Services Licensing at the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC, I happily joined Royal LePage in the Comox Valley in 2017—an exceptional brokerage that reaffirmed why Royal LePage is Canada’s Real Estate Company. My successes in business and career are attributed to my years as an entrepreneur, business owner, and later, as a Coast Guard Officer. These experiences have instilled in me a firm belief in a work ethic built on trust and respect. I integrate my passions for local knowledge, real estate, and marketing to guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they find the home that perfectly suits their desires and family needs. Living an active lifestyle is integral to who I am, as evidenced by my seven successful years in the eco-tourism industry as the owner/operator of Coast Mountain Adventure Tours from 1996 to 2003. While my knees may no longer permit me to hike the local mountains, you'll still find me camping or exploring in my UTV. With the plethora of activities in the Comox Valley, it's evident why I've proudly called it home for over four decades.
