I have lived in the Comox Valley since 1993. Born and raised in the far north of British Columbia, I was lucky to be able to finish my high school years on Vancouver Island. After marrying my husband, Christopher, we moved to his hometown of Kingston, Ontario.I started my career as a realtor there in the 1980's when I had two small boys, Graham and Andrew. After 5 successful years, our family was growing again and we decided to move back to Vancouver Island. We spent one year in Victoria awaiting the birth of my daughter, Catherine, and used the time to take trips all over British Columbia searching for the perfect community to settle, raise a family, and eventually retire. We easily chose the Comox Valley for its affordability, clean air, friendly community, great recreation, and good employment opportunities. I took many years off as a realtor in order to devote my time to my growing family and, when my youngest was in high school, I became licensed again.
